The Clos Amador Brut Reserva Delicat (0.2 L) is a refined Cava from the heart of the Penedès region in Catalonia, Spain. Produced by the family‑run winery Clos Amador, part of the renowned Celler Vell (est. 1954), this sparkling wine reflects artisanal craftsmanship and respect for terroir.
Made from hand‑harvested grapes (35% Xarello, 35% Macabeo, 30% Parellada) grown at medium altitude vineyards around Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the historic epicentre of Cava production, this wine is vinified with modern precision and traditional values. Following the méthode traditionnelle, it undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle and matures for at least 18 months on the lees, resulting in finesse, freshness, and subtle complexity.
