Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons (such as Christmas), processing times may be longer. We reserve the right to adjust processing times without prior notice.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. While we strive to meet these timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control do not constitute grounds for compensation.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are payable by the customer. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to goods passes to you once the goods are physically received by you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier). If you arrange your own carrier, risk passes when the goods are handed to that carrier.

Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Coral & Clay is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to your absence or refusal to accept the package, you are responsible for any re‑delivery costs or return shipping fees.

Damages in Transit
We package Coral & Clay gifts with care. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at oskar@coralandclay.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions in supply chains.
